It was okay at the air conditioner did not work very well and have all the state smell. They are in the process of renovating and it looks amazing that I wish we knew that before booking

Great place on the beach. Fun area. Nice large room comfy bed long balcony.

From initial booking to actually picking up our keys the process was amazing and our concierge, Shameka, was outstanding. Walking into the apartment felt like we were the stars in the most luxurious travel commercial ever. The apartment was spotless, impeccably decorated, there were little welcome boxes waiting for us which really set the tone for our stay. With two bedrooms and two full baths we lacked for nothing in the way of space. Despite the fact we were staying in a luxury apartment in Florida we really felt at home away from home. The outdoor area being screened in was an unexpected plus. The pool, outdoor games and sitting area was very fun and exciting. We took advantage of the gas grill for cooking up our 4th of July meal and it was amazing and easily accessible. The close proximity to shopping, restaurant and beaches was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay even more than we expected and will definitely make this our go-to accommodation both in Palm Bay and any other vacation location Landing has properties. Finally, the price point for apartment was amazing. We have vacationed and travelled a lot over the years and spent far more money on cramped, blah hotel rooms compared to the full furnished luxury of Landing.

A nice place. The beds were comfortable. The welcome pack was nice (coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, snacks, in separate packs). The negatives are that there are people randomly knocking at our door, a few stranger characters and the housekeeper showed up 40 mins before checkout saying she was there to clean the room. My wife told her we will be leaving at 11AM (checkout time) and she rolled her eyes.
