Silver Cloud Cabin - Pet Friendly! - 15 minutes to Loveland

  • Welcome to Silver Cloud Cabin, our second home!

    Our cabin is perfect for larger families. There are 3 suite style rooms, each with a private bath. Each room has a King size bed and a Queen size fold out couch. This is our second home, so is fully stocked for comfort. The home has plenty of room for your group of 6-10 (city regulations restrict us to 6 adults). We have on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles. The kitchen is ready for your home-cooked meals or just to hold your take out and wine. The views are wonderful and you will be less than a mile to the downtown restaurants, museums, and shops. The house is equipped with WiFi and there is a Roku, an Xbox, and plenty of movies if you want to just stay in.

    Please note, we do not have a washer and dryer for guest use.

    Our home is pet-friendly, but please let us know if you are bringing a pet. A $50 pet fee will apply.

    Our house is close to parks, museums, creeks, trails & w/in a 50 min drive of 9 world-class ski areas, with Loveland being 10 only minutes away. Other recreational activities include fishing, hiking, & biking the Guanella Pass. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, families, big groups, and furry friends. Be aware we are in the mountains so if there is a lot of snow you may need a 4WD or AWD to access our property.

    No smoking or open fires on the property inside or out. No pot tourists please.

Awesome cabin in Georgetown close to everything in town. Loved that each room has its own bathroom. Amazing views on every side! Kitchen very well stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. Yard was great for dog to run around a bit. Can't wait to stay again!

Great location with plenty of space

Had a weekend trip at Georgetown Lake with some friends and family. 10min walk to the reservoir or into town, tucked out of the way, but close enough to walk anywhere. Plenty of sleep space and more than enough parking. Hope to be back next year!

We had the greatest time! We stayed for 11 nights and truly felt at home. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect for accessing several ski resorts. Great Location for the Triple Bypass Bike Ride

Great VRBO for 3 couples that rode the Triple Bypass Ride. We acclimated to the altitude, visited the area, and biked for 5 days prior to the TBP ride. The VRBO was well stocked for the stay. A bathroom and shower in each room was very nice touch. Thanks!!

Easiest five star I've ever written

The house itself was perfect for out group of 7. Plenty of beds, each bedroom with a bathroom, great living area for us to hang out, fully stocked bathrooms and bedrooms. Besides that this was the best host I've ever had. Good early communication, and then extra accommodating during the trip. They really relieved a ton of stress and greatly improved the trip. We usually stay in at the GTown Mt Inn. This was a nice change. Much easier with kids and dogs. The house had big rooms, each with their own bathroom. It was clean and the host was very responsive. Will do again! (PS - My boys loved the tub of lincoln logs.)

Great location and stocked with many extras

We chose this location due to its proximity to Red Rocks and hiking. Close to Mount Bierstadt and St Mary's Glacier. The home was spacious and had so many unexpected extras as it was thoughtfully stocked. There are 3 bedrooms - each has a full bath which was very nice. The only complaint for me was the mattresses were all very firm. I put an extra blanket under me to soften - so not a major issue. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Silver Cloud Cabin was a perfect fit for our family of 9. It was very clean and had everything we needed. My son brought his dog. No smell from previous pets. The quaint town is only a few blocks away with unique shops. Restaurants were within walking distance and Georgetown Lake was the fishing spot for my grandsons. Can’t wait to go back! We appreciated the owner’s hospitality.

Everything was as described. 3 en suites were perfect for 3 women. Better than any hotel with amenities! Our best VRBO yet and we come annually to CO! We didn’t get to enjoy the deck because it was cool and windy but we grilled. Only negative-and it wasn’t an issue-was we couldn’t get the large screen TV to work. A loose railing for the front door steps should be repaired. We had a great time!

We celebrated my son's birthday here and it was great for a weekend getaway! The cabin was probably the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in and we loved the tea and coffee. The location was better than I expected and was close to hikes and the gold mine tour we did. The bedroom configuration was great and the hostess was so helpful and easy to work with.
