Complete with double ovens, automatic one-touch cabinets, two dishwashers, Subzero refrigerators and gorgeous quartz island and countertops, this kitchen has it all! There is also a formal dining area that can seat up to 10 guests, providing the perfect setting for unforgettable dinner parties. Each floor is equipped with a built in bar, under counter refrigerator, and ice maker.

BEACH GEAR INCLUDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $50 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts and more - the choice is yours!

SUMMER CHECK IN DAY: Friday

MAXIMU CARS ALLOWED: 6 Vehicles. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. The house is dramatic with gorgeous views but is lacking in a lot of basic things that a luxury property should have. No blinds or drapes to keep sunlight out in the morning, no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms, most bedrooms had large closets but no drawers to put clothes in.There is a crummy outdoor shower and no hose to spray of sandy chairs and toys. The kitchen was amazing and the pottery beautiful, but there were not enough wine glasses to set the Dining Room table. We had to purchase a broom and dust pan and sponges . It's a beautiful property, but just not that comfortable to live in, especially given the price. We will not rent it again
