Great location

Place was so clean and cozy! Easy to get to and inside! We drive to winter park one day and copper mountain the other and this was right in the middle of two breweries and a few places to eat in the neighborhood. A little over an hour to airport too. Bonus coffee and creamer in the fridge!!

Hiked Gray's peak and Torrey's Peak

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is easy access to hiking and other activities. Communication with Jim the owner was EXCELLENT! He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Directions to the condo were easy to follow and check in and check out were super simple! You won't go wrong booking with him!

This place is great! Close to everything in town, clean, very quiet, perfect size for small family. We had the best communication with our host Jim that I’ve ever had in a rental! Very cozy condo! Also, we left our suns pillow and stuffed animal and Jim went WAY out of his way to get it back to us! We appreciate him so much and would rent from him again and again! Thanks again for a stress free stay! If you’re going to Georgetown to ride the Christmas train but don’t want to drive all the way back down the mountain, this is the place to stay!

Very quiet

We had a great time in this updated and quiet condo. Check-in was simple and the condo is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Lots of towels in the bathroom, condiments in the fridge, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We didn’t try the TVs but there is one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. We very much enjoyed dinner at Alpine Restaurant and Bar (the Spicy Pig pizza was great!) and after dinner dessert and drinks at Sweet Easy (the couple who owns it are super nice!).

The perfect place to stay

Just stayed here with my family. Was overly impressed with the place. In additional to all of the normal amenities they also had a coffee grinder, a griddle which we found very helpful. Nice full set of silverware and dishes. Left over nonperishable items were available. Large bathroom. Well stocked. Very clean. Could not be happier with the place. Will definitely stay here again! Reached out to the owner because I couldn't figure out the key in the beginning. He was very nice and did not seemed bother at all with my call and answered right away.

Nice little spot for a mountain getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this little condo by the lake in Georgetown. The proximity to the lake is a definite bonus and you're right by Clear Creek running by as well. The only better place to be would be closer to downtown perhaps, but the nearness of the lake is such a perk especially as it has a long walking trail all the way around it. The condo is tastefully decorated and clean. Large rooms and a full laundry room complete with detergent make your stay very homey especially with added touches like extra luggage racks, blankets for cozy couch time, a fully stocked closet of games, and comfortable beds. The condo is on the first floor which is really nice when unloading; the only downside is the tiny deck without much of a view due to the tall fence. When checking in be sure to look closely at the visual key box instructions, it can be a bit tricky. We would return to this location if a house with a yard wasn't available.
