"My Family and I came to see our son come home from deployment and we were so tired from our flight we just wanted to rest we got checked into our room when we went to give our Baby a bath and the tub had 2 cracks in it. So we got moved to another room it was better. When we left for the day we took the sign off the door and cleared our beds so they can make the beds and clean the room and when we came back our beds were not made and trash was still there and so we're our dirty towels."
