I like the hotel. This was not the first time I stayed in the hotel. I have stayed many time before. The rooms are big and good for family guest.

This hotel needs upgrade. The main c Issue is cleanliness for towel, bed sheets, pillow.The Good: Swimming pool.

hotel needs quality checking for comfort
Was unlucky to get a room without partition of bedroom and living room but this is not that bad. Is the window behind the desk no night curtain provided. Meaning when morning it is so bright for a comfort sleep. Jacuzzi hot water not hot enough and the water cannot fill up due to leaking at the drainage stopper. Ends up cannot enjoy jacuzzi at all. I have stayed here several times only this time I was unlucky.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the working staff are very courteous and friendly from the bell-boys to the waiters and waitresses. Just need to have a better selection of TV channels.

penang view from high level is amazing. our room had upgrade to deluxe suite..thank to hotel but the living room aircond not function. It was dam hot when it nearly to noon....till 6.00pm...to the hotel, please check your "expensive room".

Badly maintained hotel
Northam All Suites hotel is way way below expectation. The hotel room is dirty & there is a lingering stench of mouldy musty smell everywhere. The pillows also smelled like used ones. The parquet flooring is peeling off. It lacks proper building maintenance. Terrible place! We had to get out and book another hotel for the night.

The bathrooms needs better cleaning, rooms are old and need more maintenance. work to be done. Floor tiles are warped and uneven No direct lift access to carpark, inconvenient if loaded with luggage.

I baru checkin 3/10/19 baru ni semua ok di sna staff smua friendly tapi suasana jer agak mnyeramkan suasana happy bertukar takut sebab digangu 😓 btw i smbut birthday husband haritu balloon yg bnyk malam tu husband kluar ke 7e , so tggal i dgn my son jer sbb my son tdo so kna tggl berdua di bilik, mlm tu i digngu bilik diketuk2 bila pergi ke toilet bunyi brang jtuh di ruang depan , lagi mnyeramkan after i ttup tv tiba2 balloon2 semua seperti ditampar2 😭 , dan keesokan harinyaaa pulak husband i ditindih dengan benda hitam 😌😌 ..after checkout bru bca review hotel ni brhantu tpi i xsure bilik tu atau hotel tu Bilik yang i duduk bernumber “3103” 😣

The Suites look dated and are comfortable, clean and extremely roomy. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff are very accommodating.

first room we were taken too was on non-smoking floor but smelt of smoke. we were moved to a new room which didn't smell. We required urgent housekeeping on first night took over an hour to come to clean up a mess in the bathroom. Lack of towels supplied and available. Breakfast was very average. Staff helped as much as they could but place is in need of a renovation and overhaul of processes.

The rooms are huge and with great sea view. It’s a small distance away from the city centre but Grab cabs are aplenty and very very affordable. My only complaint with the hotel is that my room smelled a little of cigarettes even though it’s at a non smoking floor. Otherwise great value. Breakfast spread very so so but Penang has lots of local fare to try.

Nice view but poor condition. The bathroom door is broken. And cannot close properly. Toilet flush not working well. Need to open the lid to adjust.

It clean big room snd nice vice but one thing i dontt like is the breakfast everyday same food and some of the food as been left over and they sever it for next dsy like the pow i eat it like stone very hard pls look into it

Condition of the suite is terrible as sofa stained, sanitary choked, master bedroom is dark. chairs sunk. Carpets stained. Would not recommend as I myself will not go back there again.

Document check in : 1:30pm (estimate) Collect access card : 6:30pm (estimate) Communication btw frontline and house keeping department is not good enough bcos I have requested online and informed check-in has mentioned to add bed. Disappointed I need to inter com the frontline and transferred me to house keeping department again for the request. Also hair dryer should be ready but need to request.
