The Prestige Hotel Penang
The food at the restaurant was not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. I had multiple meals to see if the issue was the day part or the menu item. It was all poor which is unfortunate because the other aspects of the hotel were lovely like the pool and the rooms

Excellent staff, professional and helpful, newer property. Gorgeous sea view and Instagramable bath situation but our AC didn’t work well (24C for our whole stay though we dropped it to 16C as soon as we checked it). They tried but unable to fix it and were not offered a change of room…
