"Perfect location for travelling on the Bernina Express. This place is about 5 minutes walk from the railway station and the town (where there are loads of places to eat and drink). The staff were extremely friendly and the communication was 1st class (even sent a video of how to get to the property from the railway station). Room was spotless and everything worked. Overall I highly recommend."

"A perfect place to sleep before taking the train. Clean and well maintained. Beds are fine, not very soft and the blanket on top we left off as we weren’t sure if it was clean. But all in all we were very happy with our choice."

"The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano."

"I throughly recommend this excellent hotel. It is modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of parking. Check in was excellent. My plane had been delayed by 12 hours meaning I didn’t arrive until 3am. The excellent reception colleague helped my taxi driver find the hotel over the telephone and was there to perform a seamless check in. The room was easy and the bed was very comfortable. A fan was provided. The shower and bathroom were fantastic. The spacious balcony provided magnificent views. All restaurant staff were brilliant, every single one polite attentive and helpful. The food selection was varied and delicious. Whilst every member of staff was great, the hotel manager was exceptional, being visible, greeting guests at breakfast and dinner. Without being asked, the manager proactively intervened to help me sort out a transport difficulty going above and beyond expectations to make sure I got where I needed to go. Thank you so much for making my stay a fabulous and memorable experience. Highly recommend this excellent hotel."

"The room was nice, modern and spacious. One had also a nice balcony. The restaurant is excellent and they also have healthy options that are delicious. I also had a great spa experience. Staff is very welcoming. Absolutely recommend."
