"My French is not the best but the receptionist realized and was quick and willing to switch to French or Spanish for me. She was friendly. A good place to stay for a few nights on a business/quick trip. Didn’t choose the breakfast option but the supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Easy public transportation, a tram or bus is always passing by , and it’s near the Gennevilliers train station. Only problem was that soap residue was on the shower head and that the pillows are small. "

"Firstly , the room needs a whole new update as the wallpaper was very old to make the room more homely and brighter . Secondly , the cleanliness was not spectacular as bed sheets should be cleaned every second day but it only cleaned after a week . Towels were not replaced. We had to ask for toilet paper as it was not replaced during room service. The only positive aspect of my stay was the air conditioning.
