"Overall, hotel is quite dated, the bathrooms were refurbished and actually really nice! Unfortunately our room was filled with Asian bugs (ladybugs) which wasn’t nice! Unfortunately they charge you for everything, including coffee downstairs, they charge you to reserve a spot to use facilities and also charge for water as well! For the price we paid during December it was quite expensive"

"Our stay at Hannong Hôtel & Wine Bar was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel’s ambiance is elegant yet cozy, perfectly fitting its central Strasbourg location. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. What truly made the experience special was the staff and service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. My wife was especially touched by the thoughtful gestures shown to our toddler son—surprising him with a gingerbread man cookie and a small Christmas gingerbread-scented wax ornament. These little details made us feel truly welcomed as a family. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and exceptional, heartfelt hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it."
