With two inviting bedrooms, a spacious open-concept living area furnished with two queen Murphy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen, this serene getaway offers a large deck with stunning lake views. Enjoy mornings on deck or shale beach with coffee in hand, or for those rainy days inside playing bubble hockey, pool, or darts. Ideally located for exploring the Seneca Wine Trail and minutes from downtown Geneva NY.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE BEACH.
