"Was there less than 12 hours, shuttle pick up from airport took a long time and phone call to say we were waiting was a little over the top. We were at curb location A21 when we called, to say we were waiting on shuttle but had to call back when we were at location A4....which took all of 1 min to walk to. When calling back was on hold for 3 minutes to tell them we were at A4...just stupid."

The hotel convenience store sometimes you’re in a rush and just need a water to go and I had to wait in line for 15 min while the one staffed was checking someone in who was having challenges with their reservation. Having a way to grab things faster on your way out would be helpful "

"Good place to lay your head. Some of the amenities were missing, such as a iron board, wash clothes, and water pressure but overall decent place."

"A great place to stay. Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. They have a local shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are large with bathtub and 5 head shower. My only small complaint was the HAVC was a little loud. "
