Beautiful newly remodeled cottage - Walk to strip, close to spire


Welcome to our completely remodeled, cozy, and relaxing cottage—your perfect getaway! Once you’re here, you won't want to leave. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for any occasion.

Our private lot boasts a covered patio, complete with a television and comfortable seating for conversations. Outdoor amenities include dining space, a propane grill, a fire pit, cornhole boards, and bags for family fun, both inside and outside. A variety of games are provided for your entertainment.

The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a sleeper sofa, along with a 60" television.

Both bedrooms feature full-length mirrors and televisions, along with a full coffee bar.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need, and we ensure that all linens are freshly changed after each stay.

The bathroom includes starter toiletries, a blow dryer, and a makeup mirror for your convenience.

Cutest Place and Great Host

My husband and I found this place and were nothing but happy with the cottage. It was very clean, very thought out with all the amenities and close to Geneva’s downtown strip. We will definitely choose to stay here again!!

Sooo clean, with everything you could possibly need! The cottage is decorated beautifully. We were here to go to Spire for our granddaughters competitive dance competition. It was very convenient! Would love to come back for warmer weather!

Booked a quick trip for a volleyball tournament and was pleasantly surprised. Great location and cottage within short travel distance to everything we needed. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend!

Cutest Cottage

Perfect place for a girls trip! The cottage was so clean and well stocked with everything needed for the weekend. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of GOTL and through a very safe neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This was our first stay at Geneva and i am so happy with our stay.linnies cottage was fantastic. She thought of every detail we hated to leave. Clean, reasonable,close to strip and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and we will be back next year .10/10

Beautiful getaway place

We enjoyed spending a couple of days at this rental near Geneva on the Lake. The house was immaculate and clean, with attention to little details. It was a short walk to the strip for dinner. A beautiful getaway place!
