The information folder provided about the house and the local area was really nice and helpful. Communication with Mary Anne was excellent, and the check-in process was super easy. Location was great for golfing and fun to sit on porch and watch the golfers too! Highly recommend — thank you for a great stay! "

"We were attending a family wedding at Twenty Mile house in Cromberg. Location was perfect as it was a short drive away. Beautiful area with lots of places and activities to explore. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency that entailed a late night visit to the emergency room in Portola only about 15 -20 minutes away. The patient received excellent care and things with a happy ending for our visit."

"We have stayed all over this area in the last 30 years and this was the "wildest" experience ever! It was like nice accommodations inside a zoo with animals that were tame and fun to watch. A racoon came up to our backdoor and laid on the mat! Our girls loved seeing it so closely from behind the safety of the sliding glass door. We also were visited by a fox, baby ducklings, and a variety of gorgeous birds. The bullfrogs were fun to listen to each night. We were amazed that the huge sound came from a frog. Deer are everywhere in this area, but the animals I mentioned were a special highlight as we have only seen them at this property. It is worth renting just for that! Mornings on the deck were so serene. (see photo below) All we heard was the wildlife. My husband enjoyed critiquing the golfers as they came by. Another highlight was stargazing. It is beautifully dark and quiet at night in this neighborhood, and we laid on the ground several nights and watched the sky. A fox ran by us then too. :) The host, Le Ann, was readily available and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back. It's a slice of heaven on Earth. )"
