"If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I have never had such a horrible experience before. Upon arrival, I was already hesitant due to the junk next door (directly next to the driveway) and the nonstop barking dogs. Tried to brush it off. Went into the home immediately hit with the smell of mold trying to be covered by an enormous amount of air freshener. Upon walkthrough, I and my friend almost fell through the living room floor. It was rotted and falling in. I contacted the host and asked if they were aware of the living room floor. I was met with a hostile reply of something along the lines of the floor is fine if you don't like it stay somewhere else. I then replied and asked for them to contact me as the floor was not fine. The host then told me she has video of me jumping on the rotted floor. I was not jumping and have video and photo proof of everything I claimed. I contacted customer service and the host had to refund me after fighting me on it and it getting escalated to the care team. She ruined my birtbday weekend by lying and threatening me. Not only is the host unprofessional and rude, the house is unsafe. Highly recommend avoiding this home and host. "

"I wish the breakfast room would offer cold options for early departure, such as, yogurt, bagel, sweet roll. We needed to be on the road by 6, and you don't have anything out until 7."

"We arent frequent travelers, but we notice things when we do travel. Check in was quick and considerate. We had to wait a moment for Tiara, but she was sweet as can be, and helped us with everything we asked about. Room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the refillable hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. (Hotels/guests waste so much product when things are half used, so this was refreshing to see less plastic waste.) There was lots of storage, a nice fridge w/freezer and a great coffee maker. Something we notice almost everywhere we go, nobody cleans their bathroom fans. That one wasn't disgusting but a once a month swipe goes a long way. Breakfast was a bit of a let down but it was provided so we didn't complain. My husband said the eggs were underdone/watery and potentially just like Egg Beaters. Turkey sausage and sausage links were ok. Breakfast potatoes were nothing to rave about. Cinnamon roll was good. The property looked well maintained but for the birds nesting in the vents and above the back door. Overall, this was a pretty good stay and we would stay here again."

"This is a great place to stay country setting kinda reminded me of the old day like little house on the prairie we will be staying there agean this summer great people we had storms and they told us where to go so that was great."

"My main complaint is that we came for our vow renewal in Neveda mo also our 7th wedding anniversary. We live in osage beach mo 2 hours away but i was born in neveda where my family still is. I picked super 8 because we could have a smoking room and a indoor pool. Well the indoor pool was closed and always stays closed . That was a big reason we picked super 8 as it was advertised when we reserved our room. That was a very big disappointment i even brought my swimming suit. When we got married we didnt get a honeymoon at all. So my husband was trying to make that up for that as we didnt even have the money to come but we did. Everything else was great Thanks "

"This a very beautiful and peaceful place. The property and cabins are well kept. I would advise they show pictures of the ladder to the loft as older folks may struggle with that. Maybe there were pictures and I just didn’t see them. Great for a young family looking for a sweet location. Water inside cabin was clear but had sulfur kind of smell. Not sure what is causing that but something worth looking into fixing if possible. Still a great place to relax and enjoy nature."
