"gite qui a besoin d'une rénovation intérieure comme extérieure: salles de bain déficientes( le vintage a du bon s'il est en bon état ! fuite eau dans une),volets en très mauvais état impossibles à fermer, une fenêtre avec un seul volet! Deuxième étage très chaud, des WC seraient souhaitables au 2nd .manque de transats pour l'extérieur et de parasols."

"Cadre agréable, calme, vacances reposantes, piscine raffraichissante. Propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Seul bémol, la location ne comporte pas deux chambres comme écrit dans l'annonce. Les couchages enfants sont dans l'espace salle à manger/cuisine et le couchage pour les adultes se trouve dans une pièce attenante séparée d'une cloison seulement au 3/4. Même si nous avons maqué d'intimité, nous avons passé un séjour agréable."

"We had a wonderful stay in Montignac-Charente. The apartment is a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed stopping in at the patisserie and the cafe. A full grocery store is a short drive away. Our dogs also loved long walks along the country roads beside fields filled with sunflowers. Our host met us when we arrived, kindly showed us how everything worked, and even gifted us some apple preserves that tasted fabulous on our morning croissants. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us...

"A wonderful holiday home, beautifully modernised and renovated, everything you could ever need is catered for - even down to bluetooth speakers (x3), yoga mats, air conditioning in two rooms (though house very cool in July), and the fridge has ice machine and ice cold water. Plus comfy beds, great pool and stunning courtyard. So much space. Boulangerie 100 metres away. Best holiday house we've ever had in France. And Erika is lovely.
