The property is perfectly located near the waterfront, close to restaurants. Although I had spoken to the property prior to arrival (as per instructions on the booking confirmation), I did not receive the promised email with instructions for picking up the keys and locating the allocated car park - I had to call again when I arrived at the property, find somewhere to park the car whilst I retrieved the keys from one entrance, then enter the car park from another entrance - very fiddly.
The apartment was 'clean' (could have had a good going over with a duster), but although specifying that my party required 2 separate beds, only one bed was made up (with the other bed stripped and the pillows and doona tossed on it, very untidy to look at even if we only required one bed). Again I had to call to explain we required 2 beds, and was offered to make the bed myself or wait until someone could come. Fortunately we did not need to wait very long, some 20 minutes, however it should not have been necessary.
I had also expressed that one of my party required wheelchair access - unfortunately there are stairs at the lobby entrance, so our only option was to come and go from the property via the carpark - definitely the long way around and rather inconvenient considering I had specifically mentioned this when booking and was not told there was no wheelchair access from the street to the room via the lobby.
The person I spoke to each time I called, John, was very pleasant and friendly.
