The park is in the process of having renovations done, and we had one of the unrenovated trailers, but it was still comfortable. Kitchen had what you'd need for easy meals. The checkin ends early, and if you go through Expedia they don't have a way to contact you direct so you need to contact them for late checkin instructions. We arrived after checkin ended and called the after hours manager to get the details; they were very helpful. Laundry is for a decent price and doesn't take long; wash and dry in about 50 minutes. Across the street from a park with walking trails which was nice. Nearby a brewery and food starting point for the great ocean road.

Our 3 bedroom deluxe cabin didn't have a smart tv as advertised and it was dirty with hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor and cupboard, and the bedroom with bunks was covered with dead insects and flies on walls around top bunks. Couch was visibly stained also. Staff were wonderful but cleanliness let it down

The cabin was not super clean, cobwebs and dead flies on the window sills. Definitely not like the last time I stayed.

We arrived to a laundry bag full of dirty linen on our cabin veranda. The freezer was so disguising it was unusable. One of the bunk beds had Cheetos and an icypole wrapper on it. And there was a pile of dead bugs behind the bathroom door.

Is a great location being walking distance to the Belmont Hotel and shopping centre. The rooms needed a bit of minor maintenance but was good enough

Staff was very nice and polite. The place is quite old the room we were was very old we had 2 Holes in the floor. The property himself is very dirty the pool area could use a bit of a clean and the toilet in the pool area where very dirty and could not be use

For the price we paid, we expected a modern cabin. Walls in main bedroom were dirty. Pool was over crowded We wouldn’t stay here again due to the price. Not worth it.

The cabin was not clean, with waste food still in the sink and a used cotton bud on the bedside table. There is clearly no security with the cabin next door full of underage drinkers fighting and vomiting late into the night. Very poor facility.

Good for family short stay
Cabin wa clean and comfortable, for family of 6. TV was not working which was one small issue. Kids rnjoyed site facilites. Not too far from most things.
