"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Eine Klimaanlage wäre toll gewesen. Das Apartment war am Abend wahnsinnig heiß und wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat, war es durch die innenstadtlage sehr laut. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
