"Everything was absolutely wonderful! "

"We had the most perfect stay at the Bracken Hide hotel. The staff were amazing and super happy to help in all areas. We had recently got engaged and they gave us the best view in the restaurant with free champagne to celebrate. We had seen negative reviews about the walk from the main hotel to the rooms but they were vastly over exaggerated and we enjoyed the walk to our room. The sauna and cold plunge are a lovely touch especially given you book it so that it’s private for you. We ate at the hotel twice and the food was excellent both nights as well as the staff being lovely. The whisky bar was also beautiful and a lovely way to end the evening."

"Great staff, friendly and efficient. Good wines and dinners. Breakfast - full Scottish- huge! But other options easily enjoyed too. Porridge could have been creamier - ask for it to be made with milk. Lovely view. Would be nice to have a lounge area to enjoy a drink before dinner or coffee afterwards either one of the whisky’s on offer."

"Dale and Fiona were wonderful hosts. The property is in a nice quiet location close to Quiraing and Portree. The room is very nice with amenities including a stocked mini-fridge along with the updated bathroom. There is a separate breakfast / dining area as well. The public road to Cleadil House does have a few potholes to watch out for. Overall, excellent stay."
