    Unit T435 is a 2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 1st floor of Pacific Terraces.





    This unit has limited ocean views, but is just seconds from the beach. Main bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Sofa bed in living room. Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD player. Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay.





    1 pet accepted with a $20.00 per night charge. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.





    You will have access to an indoor heated pool. There will be NO access to a hot tub.





    **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
