    The Space:

    G688 is a two bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of Gearhart House. Great ocean views from your private deck. Main bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has two twins. Sleeper sofa is located in the living room. New 50" flat screen, smart TV and DVD player. Woodstove for those chilly coastal nights. Just a few moments stroll to the beach.





    This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





    **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





    You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN





    NO PETS ALLOWED!





    You will have access to an indoor heated pool with a hot tub, and an exercise room.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Ocean view, patio was great! A used towel behind the front hallway door. Clock in twin bedroom had to be unplugged, made noise. Refrigerator inside was very clean. Outside was pretty tacky looked dirty.,Floor in master seemed to be dirty. Had to call maintenance up to work on TV, we could only get a menu with maybe 100 stations. Couch needs replacing very broke down. Although all said We did enjoy ourselves in this property.
