It includes a sofa bed positioned opposite a TV with cable channels and Smart TV functionality, creating a comfortable relaxation area. Right next to it there is a dining table with chairs, perfect for shared meals, work, or morning coffee.



An additional advantage of the living room is the access to the balcony, which serves as a pleasant place to rest.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with everything needed during the stay. Guests have at their disposal a microwave, oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. The bright cabinetry and practical layout make the space comfortable for both short and longer stays. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.



The first bedroom is a comfortable space with a large double bed that encourages peaceful rest. The interior is kept in light, calm colors, making the room cozy and versatile.
