A nice apartment in a great location, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here as they have no reception. Having to text to deal with issues while being ignored is annoying. It was like a bad AirBnB experience. If you do stay, bring earplugs because there are hardwood floors and very thin walls. No reception to call when guests are loud all night long.

Fantastic location - great apartment

Location can’t be beat. In the middle of multiple restaurants. Convenient small supermarket 3 blocks away. Tram is about a 7 minute walk. Easy 15 minute walk to large shopping mall. Best bathroom lighting ever with large walk-in shower. Mattress is a little on the firm side but comfortable. AC is in bedroom and really works! In fact it took a night or two to tone it down as it works so well. Two English channels on TV (MSNBC and Bloomberg News). Sound-proof. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and microwave. Refrigerator has NO freezer. Just a couple pans, so cooking would be limited. With so many great restaurants, we found cooking at apartment to be unnecessary. WiFi worked well (did not try streaming).

There was no engagement with the owners of the apartment; they used the taxi service that we had paid for to organise access. There were no instructions left regarding use of the cooker. There were differing utensils available in both apartments; there should be the same utensils in all apartments.

We stayed 3 nights at Old Residence. Location was very central in the old town and apartments were bright, clean and modern and I would highly recommend these apartments. However, the size of our party reduced to 3 persons instead of 5 (for 2 apartments) and unfortunately no discount was offered. Also it would be useful if instructions on how to operate the hob were displayed in the kitchen area.

Super leilighet midt i smørøyet av Gdansk. (Gamlebyen) Rent og pent. Bra Wifi. Vi benyttet oss av transport gjennom firma. Super sjåfør som kjørte oss direkte til leiligheten og viste oss inn. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Bra lägenhet , men sen incheckning.

Riktigt bra läge. Rent och fint. Enda nackdelen var att det var sen incheckning, så vi lämnade väskorna på några vänner boende som fick sina nycklar redan vid 11. Annars är det nära hamnen, gamlastan och gatan boendet ligger på var jättemysig kvällstid.
