The Space:

Additional space is provided by a pleasant balcony with comfortable furniture.

It is equipped with a large bed 180 centimeters wide. Above the bed? A mirror!

Two comfortable armchairs in front of the bed. Breakfast, afternoon tea, siesta? They will work in any situation. In front of them, a TV supporting all streaming platforms.

The bathroom is equipped with wonderful lighting, large mirrors and a bathtub with a jacuzzi function. Above the bathtub - another mirror! A great place for another photo! In the bathtub you can relax with bubbles - both those from under the water and those from a glass! You have two exits from the bathroom - traditional and one that will take you straight from the bathtub to the bed! Just a step. The comfort of privacy in the bathroom will be provided by curtains, which can be controlled using a remote control.



In the kitchenette you will find everything you need. There are pots and pans. There is also something a little more important in this apartment - a mini bar and nice glassware!



In the wardrobe in the hallway we have hidden air conditioning, a coffee machine with a milk frothing function, an electric kettle and a toaster, which will help with a quick breakfast.

A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotławie Estate 111 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2024. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization period, but on the way to the Old Town we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the marina or the tenement houses of the Old Town.



Other Things to Note:

There are renovation and construction works taking place in and around the property, which may result in noise reaching some rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience.
