"Excellent location, but up 3 flights of stairs. Sofa bed comfortable. Breakfast bar table and chairs, but no where else to sit. Great storage and "extremely hot water" Could do with salt, pepper more tea bags and coffee. TV would switch on but unable to watch anything. Also street noisy night."
