"Hotel is in great position, new building but staff extremely unfriendly and not willing to help, there is no coffee or tea in the rooms and when I was booking I was not notified about hotel being split in two different rooms category’s. One with windows towards train lines and ones are not, plus hairdryer in the bathroom was useless no heat at all and WiFi was not working at all in our room as soon you walked in to the room it was cutting out totally and they didn’t worry at the front desk to...

"The room we got looked like maids room, tiny with outdated bathroom. The whole hotel does not look like 5 stars and I don’t think it is up to Sofitel standards. But the big plus of the hotel is its location.
