Within a short distance there are all kinds of shops, the Przymorze Shopping Centre, the Alfa Shopping Centre, a fitness centre, a cinema and numerous restaurants. There are also recreational areas in the vicinity of the estate. The location offers easy access to public transport.

*the price of the stay includes a city tax of PLN 2.8 per person per night and a refundable deposit in the form of pre-authorization on a credit / debit card in the amount of up to PLN 500.
