"Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location. We had one of the renovated rooms with a balcony and lake views and it was wonderful and worth any extra cost. Bathroom is simple but does the job, an upgraded shower would’ve been the cherry on top. Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice. ..."

"The only positive was the location: it is near the shuttle bus and not too far from the center. However, the stay itself was very disappointing and far below what we expected from a 4-star property. The room was advertised with a double bed, but we received two unstable single beds pushed together. ..."
