"I booked a connected room for my parents and they loved the hotel, amenities and the room. But one thing exceeded the expectations. They forgot their wallet and left to move to Istanbul. Hotel manager sends the money in the wallet with electronic transfer and he even corrected my parents actually the money in the wallet is more than they remember. The hotel also sends the wallet to Istanbul with mail."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the physio therapist, Özlem, who was absolutely excellent, professional, and attentive. She made our experience particularly enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her outstanding service. However, one area that needs improvement is the condition of the BBQ facilities. Unfortunately, the BBQ was not in good condition, which raised concerns about hygiene, health, and safety. We hope the hotel will look into this matter and ensure the facilities are properly maintained. Overall, we appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service from the staff, and we would like to thank the team for making our stay enjoyable."
