Great place, good amenities! From taxis and shuttles for transportation to the 24 hour valet parking. Breakfast is provided and is very fresh with great coffee. Its no more than a 15 minute drive to everything you'd need in gaziantep. Its very quiet and the staff are respectful. I'll definitely book here again with my eyes closed on my next trip.

Our initial impressions of this hotel were lowered at check-in , with surly almost rude staff taking far too long. Upon entering our room we noticed that the bedspread was old and somewhat dirty, but this was quickly changed after complaining to reception. The spa was not functioning and the pool area was a disgrace, with broken furniture. They also expected guests to pay to use the pool. Breakfast in the morning was superb and restaurant staff was polite and cheerful.

Nice hotel but room was too hot and street noise

This hotel is conveniently located and seems quite new. The breakfast spread was incredible, parking was easy, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was also quite good. We stayed in March, during Ramadan. Unfortunately the room was extremely warm (26 Celsius) and we could not adjust the temperature. The staff offered us a room on a lower floor, but we checked and these rooms were equally warm. I slept with the window open, but the noise from the street (motorcycles, mosques and the Ramadan drumming at 3:00 am) made it hard for me to get a good night of sleep. It seemed odd that the hotel could not turn off the central heat to make the rooms (and frankly the entire building) more comfortable. It was 70 (Fahrenheit) outside during the day.

I experienced many problems. This is probably not the place to stay if you don’t speak Turkish. The air conditioning broke down. We had an emergency alert at 4:30 a.m. my room had big holes in the wall and the drywall was falling apart. The towels had holes.

We were not impressed by the hotel at all. Due to a mistake on our part, we booked rooms for a week later. No effort was made at the desk to help us change the reservation. Although we checked into the hotel as guests with a newly rented room, our request for a possible refund was also denied. Unfortunately, most of the staff could not speak English either. At some points there weren‘t even someone in shift who could speak english with us. In general, we felt very unwelcome by the staff. There were repeated failures with the wifi and television. The Hotel is far away from the inner districts of the city. The pool was also not open seasonally at over 25 degrees, although Expedia indicated it as a hotel with a pool. The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Used dirty dishes from room service were sometimes left on the corridor floor for several hours. Generally not even close to a 5 star experience and not recommended.
