Service staff of house keeping lack integrity and invade personal space of guest. Air-conditioning controls dont work. Rooms are not made on regular basis. Not a safe place

Very dirty rooms, blood on sheets (i took pictures), and drunk noisy guests. Before we check-in, the hotel showed that we checked in and charged the payment from Expedia. There was a reason we asked for no payment in advance, payment to be done on arrival, we needed 3 different invoices but they charged all from one company card, so, so annoying, here the major responsible is Expedia than Pamuk City Hotel.

La chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre. Une odeur infecte de cigarette même si on allumait la climatisation pour essayer de mieux respirer. Les draps avec des tâches, salle de bain avec joints marrons ! Presque impossible d’utiliser le wc : distance entre la cuvette et le mur est très petite.

Merkezi konumda ancak buzdolabı bozuk saç kurutma makinası bozuk havalandırma çalışmıyor klima canı isterse çalışıyor prizlerin yarısı çalışmıyor. Klimanın üzeri bir parmak kalınlığında toz ile kaplıydı abartısız. Yatak başlığı toz icindeydi. Battaniye kokuyordu pisti. Nevresimlerde sigara yanıkları vardı. Penceresiz oda havalandırma da çalışmadığı icin gece oksijenimiz bitti ve kapıyı açıp havalanmasını bekledik. Yan odalarda yabancılar kalıyordu ve geç saatlere kadar bağırarak konuştular duvara vurduk susmadılar. Sabit telefondan lobiyi aramak istedik telefon da çalışmıyordu. Burayı özellikle otoparkı var yazdığı icin tercih ettik otele gelince otopark girişi göremeyince arayıp sorduk ve otopark olmadığını söylediler. Civarda ücretli otopark varmış biz akıl edememişiz ama otelin özelliklerinde otopark var yazıyor fakat yok herhangi bir otoparka bırakacaksınız arabayı. Kendinize olan saygınızı kaybetmenize sebep olacak bir otel.

Merhabalar, sonraki gelecek olan arkadaşlara tavsiye için yazıyorum. Odalarda klima çalışmıyor,çalışan yere gitsem de klima kendini soğutmuyor. Prizler çalışmıyor, başka odaya geçtim orda da buzdolabı çalışmıyor. Yatak çok kullanıldığı için rahatsız edici.üst kat alt katda kalan herkesin ne konuştuğunu bile duyabilirsiniz. Nezaketin olmadığı bi yer. Umarım hizmet vermek için bu söylediklerimi düzeltirler.

Tekrar tercih etmem

Gittiğimiz sürede 12.30 da check-in yaptık oda çok küçüktü belirtilen ilanda yazıyordu ancak normal bir ihtiyacınız olan tuvaleti bile bacaklarınızı sigdiramiyorsunuz tuvaletin yerini bari düzgün bir sekilde koysaydiniz. Duş gideri çok geç gidiyordu. Buzdolabı ve ketil calismiyordu biz gerekli bulmadık kulanmayi genelde dışarıda oldugumuzdan. Gittiğimiz zaman yağmurlu ve soğuktu o yüzden batineyeye ihtiyaç duyduk dolapta olan bataniyede kocaman yanık delikleri vardı. Odalar arası ses geçirgenliği çok fazlaydı. 3 gün kalacağımız için temizlik servisini cagirmadik bir yorum yapamicam. Genel olarak çok kötüydü uyumak için bile tercih verilmezdi beklentiz çok yüksek değildi ancak bu şekilde olacağını da bilemezdik
