Good but….
The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and rich, the beds are not very comfortable, room wasn’t very clean as a 4 starts hotel.

It was our first time traveling to Gaziantep. The city has a lot to offer especially kebab. The hotel was sparkling clean, the breakfast was amazing, people are extremely nice. Definitely recommend.

Although location is far from downtown, it is just at the tram station for Only $ 0.32 fantastic breakfast buffet and lots of options clean and big rooms with lots of equipment many entertainment - staff may need to be more friendly and to great guests - flood in shower room

Gaziantep - European Karate Championships 2022
Large 18 floor hotel with exceptional unlimited breakfast (fresh eggs/omelette cooked to perfection while you wait). Breakfast served in restaurant on 19th floor, with panoramic city views. Room had air conditioning, fridge, complimentary bottled water, fresh towels & cleaned daily. Panoramic city view from room on 18th floor. Wide selection of quality food provided in restaurant at very reasonable prices. Perfectly located to access Sahinbey Sports Hall & 57th European Karate Championships. Easy & reasonable cost to access both city centre (20 mins) & airport (30 mins) by taxi from hotel.

( ) reasonable prices ( ) Clean and big rooms ( ) tram stop was just in front of the hotel for only 5.20 lira to downtown =0.34$ pp ( ) clean bathroom with lots of equipments and bath tools ( ) breakfast was ok, however, no lots of options (-) location was far from the city centre 17 minutes by private car and 25 minutes by tram (-) generally staff were not friendly as supposed (-) staff don’t care about guests’ request as supposed to be (-) no ironing machine (-) floods in the shower room whenever used

The customer service at checkin and at the restaurant was great. The restaurant food was very good! The room looked like it has seen too many guests. Time to clean the stains off of the furniture, carpets and replace the chipped tiles in the bathroom.

We had a great stay at Kule. It exceeded our expectations. The location was central, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was incredible, as it was also from the delicious breakfast! We truly enjoyed our stay and would come here again.

Peaceful two days!

Very good hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff is polite and friendly 😀. Location is close to restaurants and cafés. Need to do deep cleankng for the rooms and bathrooms.
