The main reason for myself and 2 adult children to choose this property for 2 nights was because it was close to many central attractions in Gaziantep. The breafkast was good. However, the Aysel Hanim Konaĝı Hotel and related other hotels belonging to the same group company weren't able to manage the business proprerly and their advertised features were not present at all. Especially, no wi-fi, no proper security features, basic items such as toilet paper, towels were missing. The refrigrator was not working, the bathroom door wouldn't close, several spider webs, no working lights in the bathroom, not enough curtains to cover windows... etc.
When I requested the wi-fi service, the receptionist first said it was not available in the Aysel Hanim Konagi Hotel then later, after I sent copy of their website info they said the wi-fi service was suddenly broken but I was told that the next day it might be available. However, until I had check out at the end of the 2nd day there was no response or explanation. No toilet paper was provided and no explanation given.
From 8 pm to 12 am there was very loud music coming from outside, almost impossible to rest and sleep.
During the checkout when I complained about this issues, the hotel property manager over the phone said that they did not realize these issues. Suddenly her manager picked up the phone and as I tried to explain things at the end he became extremely rude and said to me that "I need to learn how to listen" and he hung up.
