Nice Hotel

Hotel is newly built, gives you a wonderful feeling when you stay there unlike hotels when they get old. Hotel staff was helpful especially GM of the hotel Mr. Kumar Suresh, he is humble and lives upto his commitments. They also provided food without onion and garlic during Shradh days.

The room had bedbugs and when I went to leave after only being an hour in the room they refused to give me a refund for the room. Staff was belligerent. Would not stay or recommend.

My stay was terrible on many counts. Most importantly, the GM was rude and discourteous and not inclined to take feedback. There are many other issues but the main issue of rude behaviour is the main factor I will never consider this hotel again.

I booked a lodging plan including BF. And I paid in cash when I had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. But when I check out, they tried to charge me both again, and it took time for them to withdraw the both charges. I found hotel staff are not professional and they totally spoiled my good memory of staying Gaya.

Rooms were large, but staff not well aware of or not provided the essentials. TV was not functioning as channel subscription was not taken. Hotel works on very limited staff, so turnaround time is very long. The staff tried to help within the limited means they were provided. The restaurant was a little better. The facility is hiredvout for marriages, so there is lot of noise at night.
