"Room was clean, the staff at the restaurant seemed a bit judgmental. Looking at foreign guests and laughing among themselves made me feel a bit uncomfortable."

"It would be nice to see the room done before giving us the key. There were cups and plates left outside rooms for 2 days. No one picked them up. Something needs to be done so there are no mosquitos in the lobby. Food was the only best thing in their restaurant. Best thing was the food "

"room was excellent , foods was reasonable, staff at the dinning room are okay in general yet need to be more attentive and likely need more training as they tend to be more chitty chatty among themselves than attending to the customers ; some are polite and attentive though. overall is an excellent stay. very clean , got a yoga room that is very soothing with yoga teacher comes at 6-7 am would strongly recommend thus hotel. "

Staff were very attentive, courteous and eager to make us feel comfortable. Mahima ji and Reena ji in house keeping ensured room was clean and welcoming. Monisho ji in dining service ensured that our specific dining needs were met. Tahseen ji and the reception staff have exceeded all our expectations."
