"This is such a peaceful and comfortable property. After the chaos of Rome and Florence, it was a welcome retreat and we only wished we could have stayed longer. The living quarters are comfortable and warm. The amenities on site are magnificent and ability to connect with nature in the Italian countryside is rejuvenating. "A very idyllic holiday resort, small enough to offer you peace and quiet. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, our kids loved it. We stayed at Villa Rosmarino, which was just perfect for our family of five. The only negative thing about the apartment was that it was a bit cool and damp. The resort is situated well, we took trips to Pisa, Volterra and to beaches nearby (Punta Ala was great), but a car is a must."

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped.
The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape.

"Posto magnifico, le ville molto curate e pulite, con tutto il necessario e anche di più. La posizione davvero ottima, si arriva in un attimo in paese e in pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere la costa. Consigliatissimo, sicuramente ritorneremo anche con la bella stagione."
