Doin' All Right, a handcrafted dog-friendly cabin on a large 2-acre lot just minutes from town!

You'll be "Doin' All Right" when you escape to the Smoky Mountains in this beautifully handcrafted cabin, nestled on a 2-acre lot just minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The great room boasts a towering cathedral ceiling, a seasonal (Oct 1- April 1) wood-burning fireplace, and serene forest views. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The main level includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and en suite bath and the other with a queen bed and shared bath. Upstairs, the loft offers a pool table, a two-player arcade game, a 70" TV, and a sleeper sofa. Step outside to the half-wrapped deck with open and covered areas, a hot tub, and seasonal mountain views. The property also includes a large fenced backyard, perfect for your fur babies, an outdoor fire pit, and ample parking. Your dream vacation awaits!
Important Note: Access to this property requires driving on some steep, curvy mountain roads, which is a common feature in the Smoky Mountains

Sleeping arrangements: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa

All TVs are Smart TVs, streams Sling TV (no local channels), and have other apps available, i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc.

**Dog Fee: $75 per dog plus tax, up to a maximum of 3 dogs. Not included in booking price. If you are traveling with dogs YOU MUST LET US KNOW to ensure we collect the pet fee.**

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Very clean and perfect if you want to stay somewhere quiet. This is our second time staying here. We love it because it's peaceful and feels very secluded. We've stayed here in July before, and now August, and there's nearly a 10 degree difference between the cabin and Pigeon Forge, so mornings were nice and afternoons weren't too hot. Just FYI, the road is narrow and the driveway is steep. Because of that, I wouldn't stay here during the winter months, but I'm a Floridian so if you're used to driving in winter conditions it might not bother you.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is far enough out to be quiet and peaceful, but any trip to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or Smoky Mountain National Park is only about 15 minutes away.

Last minute getaway

We decided at last moment to head to Pigeon Forge and book this cabin. Great communication with the owners, passport process was easy. Cabin was very nice, we loved the smell of pine and view was amazing. We would definitely book this cabin again

Serenity out of the way place but close enough to enjoy!

Cabin was very clean hot tub water was green along with the chemical float had turned black for some reason. Otherwise the pool table and gaming machine were fun. Very enjoyable stay we’d definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. Dog really enjoyed the fenced yard.

Beautiful property

Overall we were very impressed with the property. It was very clean and well maintained. Our pups loved the fenced in yard to run and play. The game area was a big hit with the kids too. Located in the mountains for a nice scenic ride.

Perfect place for exploring the Smoky Mountains

This was an ideal vacation spot to explore the Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge areas. Lots of winding roads and the driveway up to the cabin is steep. - HINT - hug the right side of the driveway and get a rolling start from the road to help you up the first part of the hill to the very spacious and flat concrete pad next to the cabin. It was a beautiful cabin and very peaceful. Loved it!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Quiet

Most pet-friendly property are a bit sketchy, but this was any but that. Clean and neat as a pin. Quietest and and most comfortable place we've ever stayed. Our dog (and us) would give a 5 (of 5) paws rating!!

Beautiful, clean & pet friendly cabin

It's hard to find a pet-friendly cabin - this had a fenced-in yard that made it so nice for our two small dogs to come and go as they pleased. 5 stars for cleanliness! Cabin was beautifully decorated and kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub was great, deck and rockers very nice, fire pit was a bit overgrown with weeds - other than that, everything was top-notch!

The PERFECT Getaway

We absolutely loved this cabin. It was perfect for our family of four. The boys had a great time playing games in the loft while my husband and I enjoyed coffee in the rockers on the deck. I was worried about staying in a dog-friendly rental but it was very clean!! And, the backyard really is the best for your furry friend. Red Door Getaways was also wonderful to work with. From check-in to check-out, they were responsive and provided lots of helpful information about the area. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect for Traveling with Dogs

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. It has a really big fenced in yard, and once you close the front gate across the porch your dog can roam freely without any risk of escape. The location is perfect, only 15-20 minutes from town but feels very private and secluded thanks to all the trees surrounding it. We were able to see a little bit of a mountain view off the deck through the trees. There was also a great little food stand just minutes from the cabin that served breakfast and lunch/dinner which was super convienient and the food was delicious!

Wonderful Getaway

We were very happy with our cabin. It is a beautiful place. I just retired and my husband and I needed a break from the everyday rut. The location was perfect because it was close enough to Pigeon Forge Or Gatlinburg yet far enough out from the business of town. The hot tube was perfect for relaxing and the privacy was great! I really have NO complaints but a suggestion would be to make the seating more comfortable for relaxing. maybe an ottoman or recliner.

Beautiful and secluded

Beautiful place. Exactly as described. Very clean. The management contacts were extremely nice and respond very quickly. Perfect for our family and wonderful fenced in yard and deck the dogs loved. Our teen boys loved the loft with pool table and the hot tub. The only issue we had was no internet which didn’t bother me but the boys were a bit irritated. The house is set on a very nicely groomed lot but back in the woods enough to feel secluded. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend!

Spring break 2024

This cabin was perfection! We wanted to enjoy a trip with our whole family including our legged pups. The yard and wrap around deck with gate were perfection. Our pups loved playing with sticks, balls and frisbees in the back yard. The layout of the cabin was perfect for us. The beds were comfy which is a perk. The one thing I will say is the garbage disposal needs to be cleaned- it had a horrible odor. Also, the furniture in the main area was not the most comfortable. This is clearly not a deal breaker but just saying if any enhancements want to be done I’d do that first. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we highly recommend for others wanting a getaway with their fur babies!

Quiet Thanksgiving Vacation

Very nice, well taken care of property. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. All you need to do is bring your own food. Nice area for the fur babies to run around. Covered front porch with a gate that closes. Also a gate in the fenced in yard. 2 places for campfires. Two tables with seating on the deck. Rocking chairs on the porch. Two couches, love seat, and chair for seating. Nice size closets and lots of storage. Beds were comfortable. Pool table, arcade game table, books, and games in the loft area. Also on the deck is a hot tub/spa. Washer/dryer in the hall. Plenty of parking. Spot lights that are motion activated in parking area. Spot lights for the back yard also. We would stay here again!!!

Perfect Cabin

This was the perfect cabin for our family vacation! We brought our fur baby which the cabin had a fenced back yard and a gate on the front porch allowing our dog to hang out with us wherever we went front or back. I had a few requirements and this cabin had it all! It was an authentic wood cabin, fire pit outside , a wood burning fireplace ( not electric which is rare ), and a hot tub! The cabin was stocked full of pots and pans and silverware. It was a beautiful cabin inside with a game room area where my son could hang out but it was open so we could still communicate with him which was perfect. The bedrooms had plenty of room and space ! The outdoors was beautiful with fall colored trees which was a treat for us since we are from Florida. It was the prefect location , right between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg which is the two places we wanted to visit . The mountain driving up was a bit scary at first but we are used to flat land so we got used to it by day 3. The master bath toilet clogged a few times but the plunger was sufficient. It was a perfect vacation cabin for my family ! Thank you for such a great place ! Lastly any questions I had , regardless of time of day or night , I had someone answer the phone and answer my questions the first time ! I truly am thankful for that, it was so helpful to have someone available right away! Thanks again! I highly highly recommend this company ( Red Door ) and this cabin!!! I have been to many cabins in Tennessee and NC
