A tastefully decorated condo with free parking on site. We are only about 0.5 mile to the main strip of Gatlinburg and a few hundred feet to a nearest red line Gatlinburg Trolley Stop. You can park your car on site, then walk or hop on a trolley to tour downtown Gatlinburg. You can find out trolley routes and fares online by searching Gatlinburg Trolley.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The only other thing that I would like to mention is that the people really need to be careful with their trash as we saw 2 bears during our stay.

Perfect spot

This condo was perfect for our stay. The accommodations were cozy and quiet. We were in walking distance, or a short drive to all the main spots. Check in was very easy and the owner sent great directions. Plus, check out was the best I've ever experienced. They didnt require a laundry list of chores like most other places. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed seeing the black bears that live nearby. Every morning! Our condo was quiet and had everything that was advertised. We were hiking in the Smokies most of the time, but close to restaurants in the evenings. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Great weekend spot!

We stayed with my brother and sister in law in this unit for the weekend to attend a wedding. The location is convenient to the parkway, it was tastefully decorated and it was very quiet. We saw a mother bear with two of her cubs moving along the perimeter of the property! The host gave all the details needed to make a simple check in/check out process. She also was great with quick communication when we had questions. Would highly recommend!!

Accurate Description

The property listing is accurate. It worked well for an 3 night stay for our party of 5. My grand daughters enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed the proximity to the National Park and the downtown attractions. The host was very responsive. I made several low cost recommendations regarding improvements to the kitchen utensils/supplies which I hope the owner takes to heart. I would stay here again.

Great visit!

It was a very fast walk to Gatlinburg, just a few blocks and you was on the main strip, which there are some hills in to, nothing too steep. Apartment it’s self was great, very clean, beds were amazing, even had extra blankets and pillows for the pull out bed. The only negative was parking, was a nightmare, unless you came back early around 5pm the parking lot was packed, there was only about 15 spots in total and 8 were are a steep hill, and even those were taken. Put all in all a great choice

Ups and downs

Pros: Location, quietness, owner has a fast reply with any concerns, and easy check in. Cons: While condo was clean, did have an odor which I did let the owner know, which she did offer air fresheners. The problem was too much moisture was in the condo (we believe because of cooling systems), left the floors and furniture damp and musty smelling. Worse area was master bedroom. Closed the door and tried to seal if off and the odor wasn't as bad. Parking lines are small, no big issue since we did not go in prime time.

This was our first condo rental so there were a lot of unknowns as to what to expect. The unit itself was very clean, cozy and homey feeling and the price was very good. We had no problem getting in to our unit. Not the fault of the host is that the property itself did not seem well maintained or cleaned as far as the stairs, stairwells but it was not bad enough that it would deter us from staying again. The host was great with communication about our stay and even gave us tips about restaurants or places to visit. I will note that if you are not in shape and plan on walking the strip do plan on utilizing the trolley or pay to park on the strip because after walking all day and carrying stuff we bought, the walk back was tiring. It is about a 1/2 mile from the Trolley stop at Parkway.

Great Condo

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the extras that had like coffee, creamer, and more. The pool was nice and so was the small balcony. It was a very easy walk to the strip... only about 0.4 of a mile. My biggest issue was the parking situation. The property lacked designated parking spots and was essentially a public parking lot because it didn't require parking permits or have numbered spaces and people must know that. After you book they provide the address of a public parking, but we didn’t know before booking that you could only park one car. But even with only having one car we encountered issues and on one occasion when returning back to the condo there were no available parking spaces at all. This was especially frustrating for us because we were traveling with small children, which was the main reason we had chosen to pay extra for that location. I had hoped for at least one designated parking spot.

Cleanliness is an issue

The property is cute, but it wasn’t very clean. Con’s: We had to hand wash any cups we used beforehand because they had lipstick and lip prints on them. The dishwasher was still full of dishes from the last renters. There was even a sock left by somebody under one of the beds. It’s easy to tell whoever is cleaning is doing the bare minimum and hoping nobody looks closely. The bathroom in the first bedroom isn’t shown in any of the pictures because it needs some work. There’s a lot of paint chipped and bubbling in the walls. There was definitely some kind of moisture issue before that caused problems. The host runs dehumidifiers in both bedrooms, so she is obviously aware of the issue. The fire place does not work. The igniter switch is missing. The complex itself is little sketchy. For how cute the condo itself is compared to the rest of the complex is shocking. The elevator is scary and has soft spots in the floor. The parking is pretty bad. The spots are small and there aren’t many of them. Pros: the beds are comfortable and so is the living room furniture. The condo is easy walking distance from all of the main attractions. We enjoyed our time at night playing card games in the living room. While the cleanliness did bother me, we overall enjoyed our stay.
