Welcome to Woods Child by Beyond Expectations, a cozy two-bedroom, two-bath cabin that sleeps four, tucked into the forested hills of Sevierville, TN. Located in scenic Cobbly Nob, this custom-built retreat offers a split-level layout, access to 3 seasonal pools and a golf course, and a peaceful, private setting. Whether you're planning a romantic weekend or a family getaway, Woods Child is your Smoky Mountain escape.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Beautiful Scenery

Our stay was just what we needed. This cabin is located in a secluded yet convenient area. The back deck was wonderful to start and end the day. The cabin is well stocked for cooking if you do not want to eat out too much. The pools in the mountains were a neat experience. Golf was fun, and we saw so much wildlife including two black bears, turkeys, and several white tailed deer!

Escape to the mountains

Very remote and peaceful getaway!! Spacious and clean house with everything you could need in the kitchen, even had a real coffee maker. Loved the 2 bedroom ensuites. The hot tub was great after walking all day in town.

We absolutely loved the cabin…way better than even the pictures conveyed. We loved the layout of it and it gave everyone more than enough space. Beautiful views and real cabin feel away from the bustle of the town.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

We had used another site last year for our vacation and we were very disappointed, so going into this year I didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, we walked in and I couldn't believe how gorgeous the place was!! I was in awe. We walked around and everything was clean and orderly. All the light switches were marked with what they went to, instructions were left in a binder, and it was great especially after travelling all day. I'm hoping that we go to Gatlinburg next year at the same time because I will definitely be contacting this again and staying!! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU!

Wonderful Space with Relevant & Timely Feedback

We really appreciated being there and are grateful. Cell phone capability was not working. The front door lock was not fully working. No matter what we did. We spent over 5 minutes on it but the door remained unlocked. Check the front door a few times when you get there and make sure it locks. Open and close the door don't just assume the lock sound or click makes the door locked. It was not working. It's important that it is repaired. I called the Property Managers and did not get a call back, or a text or an email regarding the door. We appreciated getting an email that it was ok to leave later on the 5th. It's a wonderful place that needs a few things done to it. You will be very happy there. Have a great trip.

We enjoyed a great stay! We loved the layout of the house-it felt like a treehouse. It was very clean and comfortable. The drive up the mountain was a little nerve wracking, but worth it for the amazing views! We even saw a bear and her cubs!

Check in process was very easy no hassle at all. Cabin was beautiful and clean. Hot tubs were great view of all the nature in the mountains was awesome. Wi-Fi in cabin was a plus ! Tvs already had Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming platforms on it already. Used the BBQ grill as well and had no issues. Drive to pigeon forge strip and downtown gatlinburg was about 30 minutes or Less not bad at all Definitely would recommend this cabin to any family or couple.

After months of working retail, and a snotty comment away from decking some people; the husband thought it was probably a good time to get me out of the city and away from people before I end up in jail. This lovely cabin offered everything we were looking for! Peace and quiet and away from people! Check in was easy and the owners were super sweet/ helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall very nice place

We really enjoyed staying here for a few days in October. It is a little bit of a drive to anywhere from the cabin but not too bad and it is very scenic. The only real complaint I had is that there was a fairly strong mildew smell in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Probably caused by the lack of fan vents in both bathrooms. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

3 sets of steps, to bedrooms, are a bit much for older people. Could not get hottub operational. Could not get television, in lower bedroom, operational.
