New Luxurious Listing! You will walk in and say "WOW!"

This is a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom, two bath on ground floor with everything you need!!
This two-bedroom two bath condo is located at the top of the mountain on Ski View Drive.This unit has totally been remodeled with new furniture throughout including a 48 inch television , brand new wood floors and a beautiful stone fireplace with electric fire logs. The queen sized sofa lets out into a comfortable bed. If you enjoy rocking, then rock away in the reclining rocker. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and new granite counter tops which features a snack bar and seating for four. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, electric can opener. There is a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen television, a queen sized bed with a brand new mattress and box springs. The name of the complex is High Chalet Condominiums. This is the complex with the highest elevation in the Smokies Area. However, you will not have to climb any stairs since this unit is on the bottom floor and in building 1. From the balcony of the condo, you can enjoy the mountain view of Mount Leconte. There is plenty of walking space to view the mountains from the resort and the pool area. Just park right outside your front door. Plenty of parking space. We have taken great care to make this unit both comfortable and beautiful at the same time. You will find everything you need for your amazing Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge vacation.

Free WI- FI service is provided in condo.We have the router in our unit. We might call to have guest to reset it occasionally.
The master bath has a tub-shower unit with a hair dryer. The other bathroom has a shower unit with also a hairdryer.

There is a start up supply of paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher soap and hand soap.The laundry room, which houses the washer and dryer, is located on the second floor of each building. Cost is around 4.00 worth of quarters for both. Bring your own detergent.

The Resort has a large pool ( seasonal only ) 2 hot tubs, and a sauna for year round use.

High Chalet is a lovely, well maintained complex with plenty of parking space.There are 2 gas grills and several charcoal grills for outdoor picnics, a nature trail that leads into the woods. We have seen bears, wild turkeys, fox, and other wild animals from the grounds and resort.

You will find that the condo is immaculately CLEAN and well furnished to provide you with the best experience.You can count on the owner to help 24 hours a day if you have a problem.
You can go behind building 5 in the summer at 9:30 pm and watch the fireworks from Dollywood.

Sugarland Welcome Center has information on trails and other activities around the area to help make your vacation enjoyable.

The condo is cute, nicely set up but the beds are so unfortunately uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep. Maybe someone else might sleep well in a very firm mattress but we struggled.We didn't use any of the cookware or much else but it was reasonably well stocked as expected. Beautiful view from the bedrooms, was nice to wake up to.

Great mountain retreat

We had a great stay at the high chalet! We even saw 6 bears including a mama bear and her 2 cubs on site and 2 other bears while driving up the mountain to the condo. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean and just as described and shown in the pictures. Host is great with communication and check in was a breeze. Great location to do activities in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, while still being tucked away in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle.

Amazing view!

This condo is the perfect place to stay with your family. The drive up to the condo is steep and curvy, but once you get up to the top of the mountain you can see downtown Gatlinburg in the distance. Amazing views you won't be disappointed.

Quiet and peaceful

Great stay in the Smokies

This condo was a great value, very clean and spacious. We traveled with our 3 kids under 7 and there was plenty of room and it was well stocked. We enjoyed staying in the mountains away from the business of the towns yet we felt we were close to anything we wanted to get to. We also saw bears on the way down the mountain several times!

Nice getaway

We were very pleased with the condo. It was beautifully decorated, and on the first level which made us older folks very happy ( no stairs )!! It was close to the pool and hot tub area, yet far enough away that we weren't disturbed. There were some issues with lights flickering and not working, but, we rolled with it! Scenery was breathtaking! Would definitely stay again.

Just as described

Our party enjoyed the rustic charm and mountain setting of our vacation rental. Conveniently located close to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, but far enough away to see bears in your own “backyard”, this property had the best of both worlds. One of our favorite memories was that perfect spot in the hot tub with a view of Mt. LeConte after a long day of hiking or shopping.

Went to Tennessee for a long girls getaway weekend. Could not have picked a better place to stay! The condo is so cute and felt like home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very clean. It was very close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Smokey Mountain National Park. We also got to see a bear!!! And the owner is so nice and very good with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

It was great trip overall close to the pool great for the kids on the floor level so no steps to walk up plenty of parking. Only issue we had was the bed was unstable when we got it or out or moved to get settled it would shift or almost feel like it was gonna fall but that was minor not that big of a deal probably something simple could of fixed it but we just moved carefully. Over all a great trip we did see bears a few times and the kids loved the pool close to everything really and the views were great

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any vacation property. I should have known it was going to be terrible when I received an email with the giant list of "rules" before we even arrived. The property owner was a nightmare. There were five of us for four nights, but only 4 washcloths were provided. There was no kitchen towel, no pizza cutter, and the oven pans were too big to fit in the tiny oven. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The pool was dirty, there were two hot tubs, one of which did not work. The "game room" consisted of a foosball table and a tiny pac-man arcade game that wouldn't load. The wifi kept going out so we never had reliable internet, and there is no service as this place is literally at the top of the mountain. The paint in the bathrooms was all chipped off on the baseboards. This place is not as nice as the pictures look. The sliding door to the back patio is broken so we couldn't even use it to go outside. When we checked out, we took out the trash and washed the dishes as requested by the owner in the "rules" email. We left at 10am, and before we drove two hours down the road, the owner sent us three invoices accusing us of stealing a pillowcase. She sent three invoices totaling 200 dollars for a pillowcase that was on the bed. I told her the pillowcase had came off the pillow and that it was on the bed. She continued to harass me and accuse me of stealing a "200 dollar" pillowcase. I do NOT recommend this place!
