nice location with a slight surprise
Property located close to park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge so we had easy access to various things. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well on the property. We were a bit surprised with the fact that we were asked to go through a time share presentation but it was relatively painless.

Perfect location
Very clean one bedroom timeshare unit with 2 full baths perfectly located between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Had no problem checking it and they do try to get ya to do a timeshare buy but not required. You are considered the owners guests and get a discount on the on-site restaurant and 4 free weekly passes to the Indoor Waterpark which is nice if raining and have small child. Space is perfect for couple or two or with 1 or two small children. Highly recommend. Much thanks to the owner for having explained much to us prior to going
