Best place to stay

My family and I love staying here! It is, without a doubt, our favorite place to stay! Coffee out on the balcony every morning, listening to the river. We love staying here and will be back!

Not our first stay and won’t be out last. Location is amazing for Gatlinburg activities and also got to see a bear off the balcony in the creek!! My only suggestion is it could be cleaned a little better

Grandkids get away

It was just as described. Roomy and comfortable. The creek just below the balcony was so pretty to look at, but you really can’t access it from the condo area. There is a lovely walking trail a couple of blocks away that we really enjoyed.

Nice condo-right next to national park

This building has a great location. It's right next to a river and the entrance to the national park. It's also within walking distance of a number of restaurants and the skywalk. We loved being able to walk around Gatlinburg and not have to get in the car again and pay for parking just to go out for dinner. The condo was clean and well furnished with plenty of space. We did have to juggle an in person checkin between 9 and 5, which was a bit tricky as we wanted to maximize our time in the park during the day.

A walk away from Downtown Gatlinburg

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is not only convenient to downtown, but the small creek beside it makes for a great view. The condo is set up nicely with plenty of room for a family of five. They’re a little aged but it worked for us. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs. You can hear people walking, slamming drawers and kids running back and forth.

The park condos are located in the perfect area, downtown is a short walk away and easy access to the entrance to the park and the bypass to pigeon forge. Check in and check out was easy. I would recommend that the owner supplies hair products.

The Park Place is just on the outskirt from the main strip. It was quiet with just in a short walks trip to the main strip. My family & I would definitely stay at the Park Place Condos again. It was an amazing quiet relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families who want more of a relaxed stay.

It is relaxing just to sit and listen to the water. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer and dryer is nice to have too. The location is perfect - right at the edge of town so you can walk to all of the restaurants and shops but also right at the edge of the national park so you can walk right over to the Gatlinburg Trail. We would definitely recommend the condo!

I am a review reader and go off of the majority of good and bad reviews. This condo and property were great. The location was perfect to walk to town and to hikes at the entrance to the Smokey mountains. The woman at the front desk was very nice. Our room had been remodeled and was very nice. Our only complaint was the tub in the master room had hair in it and a few towels where not the cleanest. There is a washer and dryer so we just washed everything. Overall it was a great experience. We would stay again.

Last minute vacation

The reason I chose Park Place was the location and the river that runs directly behind the condo units. It’s a beautiful view of the river and mountains and conveniently located close to the strip. A very easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The only complaint about the condo was cleanliness. I felt the condo needs a deep cleaning. The floors were dirty with food and crumbs. The bathrooms needed cleaning also. The unit was cozy and the beds were comfy. But could use a few repairs in the bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again with those minor adjustments. We had a great time and will be back!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The physical condition of the condo building was concerning. Some of the railings were made of unfinished wood and there were areas which looked as if someone had tried catching fire to the railing. The pool water was chemically unbalanced and never cleaned during our stay. There was debris all on the pool floor and also on the surface. The condo was renovated - which appeared nice on the surface. However, the baseboards were dirty, there was dirt and debris behind all the furniture, the bathtub was dirty and had hair in it, and all the vents were filled with dust. We also found a half spoken marijuana "blunt" on the patio. The other renters at the condo were often loud and disrespectful. At one point I felt unsafe.

Friends/Family trip

We had two couples and our two kids stay here and we had more than enough space! They are both a little under two and they slept in pack and plays in our rooms and it was just enough room for them. We have stayed in a unit at this property before but this unit felt so much nicer, cleaner, and spacious. We love this location as it is within walking distance of everything, yet it is far enough out of the way of the hustle and bustle. We also loved balcony with the sounds of the river. There is a nature trail located close to the unit that we loved to walk on. We will definitely be back here next year. Thanks for the great stay!
