Welcome to Smoky Mountain Memories, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo perched high above downtown Gatlinburg in the scenic Summit of Gatlinburg community. With two private balconies, you’ll have front-row seats to breathtaking mountain views—catch the sunrise with your morning coffee and unwind at sunset with a glass of wine.

This top-floor (3rd) unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom (perfect for kids or friends), and a cozy queen bed in the loft. The condo also features a functional wood-burning fireplace (wood available seasonally for purchase at the clubhouse), a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a dining table that seats six. Private Spectrum WiFi ensures a strong connection throughout your stay.

The Summit offers fantastic amenities just a short walk from your door, including a brand-new indoor pool and hot tubs, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and picnic area with charcoal grills.

Getting here is easy on well-paved, well-maintained roads. You can drive straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Please note: while the roads are in great condition, the drive to the top includes some winding mountain curves.)

Important to know: This is a top-floor unit with no elevator, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns

Spectacular views!!!

The condo was just as pictures show, beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed. Highlight of the trip sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and soaking in the view. Property owners gave a list of favorite places to eat and to visit and were quick to respond to my questions.

Cozy condo

Cozy & comfortable for a perfect weekend away. Amazing views. Loft bed was a hit with our teenager. Every thing you need is right there, other than washer & dryer which is only a few feet outside. Make sure you bring change if you want to use it! Pool & hot tub was a hit with all three of my kids (16, 9 & 2). Definitely recommend.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

Everything was as advertised. Clean, spacious and most of all.....great views!! We saw bears every morning and evening. Owner easy to deal with and quickly responded to any questions. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to visit Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge and areas surrounding. If ever we choose to visit Gatlinburg in the future I will definitely be staying here again!!

Amazing Family Trip

We had an amazing family trip and loved this unit. The views from the two balconies were stunning. We saw amazing sunsets! The condo was well decorated, the beds were comfy and they had nice, thick bath towels. We saw a bear walking around the area every day. My son left something behind and Kelly was so kind and mailed it back to us. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Loved this property!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated and clean, with much thought given to the comfort of the guests. Angela was very pleasant to deal with, answering questions promptly. As listed, there are two balconies, facing in different directions, giving you double the bear-spotting opportunities, and we saw over 20 bears during our brief two-night stay! We also were able to see the Dollywood fireworks and drone show from our third floor balcony. Our 10- and 12-year old granddaughters were thrilled! I highly recommend this property.

Stunning Views

The condo was beautiful, stunning views, perfect for our family of 5, absolutely as presented, all amenities. However, be aware of 3rd floor -no elevator. Getting to this property could be treacherous, windy roads. GPS a must. Less than 5-minutes up or down to mini-mart. Stock up on the way to condo. All in all, excellent first trip to the Smoky Mountains!

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Condo

This condo has absolutely gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains, including beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The property was clean and well maintained, and we all slept comfortably. My daughter really enjoyed having her own special bedroom and space to read in the loft. We spotted three bears during our stay! For those not used to mountain roads, I recommend studying the roads thoroughly before you go and maybe having a partner to help you navigate. If you’re not careful it’s easy to get turned around. The paved roads are twisty and a bit confusing, but we got used to it after a couple trips up and down, and the condo’s views make it well worth the drive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Experience

This is our first time in Gatlinburg Tennessee. We showed up Friday to a very clean apartment. Cozy and just perfect for our family. Clean sheets, bathroom, everything was just perfect. The recommendations Angela and Brian shared were spot on. We tried all the restaurants they shared and were amazing. The condo had amazing views. We were even able to spot Bears on our trip. The communication between Angela and Brian were great. They were quick to respond. The roads to the condo were clean and good. No issues. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend this Condo. Will be coming back

Smoky Mountain Memories stay

Great stay in this beautiful location. We got to see bears and beautiful scenery. the owners, Angela, were great. We had a small glitch and they were very accommodating. On top of it, my wife left her ring there and they worked with the cleaners to get it sent to us. I don't write many reviews, but this one was worth it. if you're looking for a wonderful place in the mountains to see beautiful scenery, bears, and wildlife, this is a magnificent place to be. Thanks Angela for everything!

We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed the condo. The beds were so comfortable!The only suggestion i would give would be offer a few more hot pads and kitchen towels. We saw several black bears and enjoyed watching them. We even saw a momma bear and 3 cubs.
