Enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator—perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. Oak Square offers two elevators, a guest laundry facility, and complimentary on-site parking (first come, first served). Community amenities include an indoor heated pool, seasonal outdoor pool, and a hot tub—making this the perfect year-round base, whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring the town.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The bedroom features new flooring, fresh paint, and modern lighting with USB ports. Parking:

Guests may park up to 2 vehicles at Oak Square. Covered spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are unassigned.

You will find 2 parking passes in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your cars with them immediately, as these passes need to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

Strict towing policies are enforced at this location. While the lot is spacious, it may fill during peak seasons or special events. Oversized vehicles may have limited space.

Strict towing policies are enforced at this location so please return to your cars with them immediately, as these passes need to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. If a guest loses or departs with a parking pass, a replacement fee of $50 per pass will be charged to the guest.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
