Cabin is beautifully placed with great views . Back deck is extremely private with a hot tub . We were even visited by a family of bear while on this trip. Overall a great experience .

Wonderful house!

House was spotless on arrival. Pool and hot tub were ready to use right away. Beautiful views! Comfortable space to hang out at night as a family. Close to Gatlinburg and National Park. We had a couple unavoidable minor issues - battery in a smoke detector we couldn’t reach died, and septic issue, but they were both handled extremely quickly and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful.

We loved this home. Clean heated pool, great hot tub. Very responsive to all our needs and took care of 1 issue asap. Beautiful sunrise and views. Lots of birds we really loved staying here and would return given the opportunity too. We just loved hanging out and connecting as a family

Lovely property

Our stay was very nice, the cabin is nice and spacious. The pool was well loved by our kids. We had no issues with anything other than the driveway to get up to the cabin was challenging lol. We definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay.

Stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. House was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. Great location, secluded enough but still only a short drive to the park and towns. Home was a little light on things like towels, but that’s a very minor gripe. Overall, highly recommend, perfect for a family trip.

Scenic views for a wonderful stay

The accommodations were wonderful! Breathtaking views and so many amenities! Indoor pool, hot tub, air hockey table, fooseball table and the arcade games brought us back to our childhood! The towels were so decoratively folded and everything was immaculate. We will definitely come back with the family! The place was HUGE with something for everyone. Thank you so much!

Lovely Cabin

The cabin was lovely. The pool and the pool room were warm and a huge hit with the kids. The location was great- beautiful view and very close to Gatlinburg. I will say that we found the mattresses hard, there were no pool towels, and only exactly 8 bath towels. It also would have been nice to have hooks in the pool room and a lift assist thing for the hot tub. The cabin was however clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped, but we made it work! Used the gas grill and it worked great too. All and all the property was great and would 100% rent again!

This house is great! Kids loved the pool and hot tub, beautiful views, very central location. Property manager was awesome. We saw bears almost daily. We had 2 families, kids 4,4,7,8,9 and this house was perfect for us! Will be back for sure.

Great place

We had a wonderful short visit at your getaway. Kids loved having all the amenities, such as pool, hot tub, air hockey, etc. The only small item was that the kitchen has utensils, plates, glasses (no plastic glasses), some pots and pans but no serving dishes (like bowls for serving vegetables, etc.). Not a big deal we made things work and it was so lovely to be there with our family. The driveway is a dousy!!!

Everything was great overall, property manager was on points on answering all messages and fixing anything.... the only complaint that I would have is there was no oven pans whatsoever so was very hard to cook anything... but everything else was really good

Wonderful place to stay

Loved the entire stay. Clean, pictures Do not do this place justice. It’s beautiful. Perfect for a family with children. The only negatives I could mention, which wasn’t enough for me to complain,… Grass was a little high around the steps, so I was on the lookout for snakes when going up/down. Pool filter cover in the concrete next to the pool is very loose and if it’s stepped on any at all it comes off and is dangerous. My 7yr old son stepped on it trying to get into the pool and his foot went all the way inside and he hurt his leg. We kept it covered with our cooler the rest of our stay so it couldn’t happen again. Again… minor things but all in all, my kids asked if we could come back to this exact place again one day. Thank you to the great host!

Disappointed and host lied

We picked this place for the indoor heated pool..when we arrived the kids went straight to the pool where it was 62 degrees. Messaged hist who said they had just added water and it would be up to temp in a few hours..next day still cold. Messaged host again..3 days later the temp got up to 70..still not swimmable. Property sits on a very steep hill..only room for 2 cars. The hand rail on the outside porch was half off (not screwed on). Bedrooms were nice..however the blinds do not pull down all the way and leave several inches open..even in thr bathrooms...thank god we were on the top of a mountain. After qe checked out the host OFFERED a refund....and then just disappeared... no refund...no further communication

1st time to Smokies with family and friends!

Very modern and nice place! When we arrived the pool was cold, notified the owner they fixed it the next day. Our kids were bummed it was still to cold to use it the whole time we were there. We had picked this place because of the pool. Asked if they had a crock pot, he said yes, there wasn't one. Need more essentials for your stay bring extra soap, towels garbage bags wash clothes also no hot pads. Why have an oven with no hot pads?? Need steps to get to hot tub and better lighting. Need new chairs on front deck all breaking. Game area was great kids loved it! Tv was broke in living room, they fixed it the next day. Drive way is very steep and could have better landscaping outside.

Family trip

The house was big and accommodating to our family of 8. 6 adults and 2 teens and all had our own space. We were unable to use the hot tub as it was cool water. The pool hadn’t been cleaned and found fake eyelashes and a dirty towel in the pool area. The kitchen was usable and grilled out one evening. We were disappointed that we were unable to sit outside due to the strong sewage smell anytime the shower was being used. Good communication with owner, very responsive. Parking - don’t take more than 3 cars! Beautiful location though and we saw quite a few bears in the road and around the property! Keep the gate closed on the porch as we had a bear right next to us without hearing him come up the stairs! The game room was really nice and we enjoyed time there when at the house. Overall it was a nice location and our family had a great time, just a few things we wished were different.

Great Mountain Getaway

Our party of 5 adults had a great time at this property. It is nestled deep in the mountains above Gatlinburg with great views and only a 15-25 minute drive down the mountain into town. The property has a steep driveway but enough parking for 3 cars, the picture of the semi circle in front of the house is the view from the front porch. The house was very clean and provided basic supplies to get you started, if you are planning on staying more than one night I would recommend packing trash bags, paper towels, bath towels, soap etc. The pictures of the home does not do it justice to show how huge the rooms are, we did not feel cramped at all. Pool was large and the garage door was great to put open and have views of the mountains. Pool deck was small just to get in/out but those wanting to sit and socialize were able to sit on the edge or in rocking chairs on porch when garage was open. 3 king bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms were great. Game room on the second floor with the bedrooms was fun. Overall great property. If I had to change something it would probably be to have blinds on the living room windows - morning sun is intense. Would definitely recommend to others.
