Fantastic home in the perfect location for those who want to be close to the action but also want enjoy nature. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this property again. The owner did a great job communicating.
This was an amazing property in a great location! Loved the modern decor in the midst of the mountains!! I have been to Gatlinburg many times, but this is by far my favorite cabin! My family and I will definitely be back!!! Host was great and so was the whole experience!!
We loved the cabin and area, perfect for our family of 5. Great layout, amenities and close to Gatlinburg, GSMs and whitewater rafting. 3 bear sightings in 3 days around the cabin…so cool!
Clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and local restaurant recommendations including Gatlinburg Grind and Red Oak Bistro. The cabin was very comfortable for our kid-free weekend but could also see us bringing the kids next time.
We flew in from Oregon for the East Tennessee experience and this cabin was perfect. Great location in quiet setting with close proximity to local amenities.
My family throughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation at this cabin. It was large enough for everyone to have plenty of space and the game room was fun for the whole family! Short ride to town for activities. Highly recommend if you are visiting Gatlinburg!!
House was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location LeAnne was great communicating. Really appreciate the hot tub towels, and the convenience of a washer/dryer. Highly recommend.
We chose this cabin for a relaxing girls trip to celebrate a birthday. It was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful cabin and a wonderful hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and wished we could’ve stayed longer.
A friend and I return to Gatlinburg each year for a get a way. We both enjoyed the cabin very much. It was very clean and they reached out to us to make sure we were happy
Great little cabin that is near to everything along the strip without being in traffic to get to a hotel room and feel like youre a million miles away from everyone up in the mountains. This was our first time away from home for Thanksgiving and we couldnt have asked for better. Would definitely book here again and have shared with friends.
Everything was fantastic! The cabin is a great location close to Gatlinburg. It’s got everything you need and was super comfortable! Clean and well stocked! It does have a Keurig which is not in the description! Which was a GREAT surprise. The hosts are wonderful and we’d love to stay there again when we come back!
Loved the location and the front porch of this cabin, great for family time. We had an issue with the TV in the living room but they responsed super fast and solved the problem. Everything we needed was in this cabin! Got to see a mama bear and 3 cubs. Loved ❤️ it!
We loved the cabin’s location! It was very close to several areas in Gatlinburg that our family likes to visit. The cabin was very cute, but the layout was a bit difficult to move around. The front door was hard to lock because the bolt was broke; however the porch swing was very nice to sit & have coffee in the mornings. The only complaint we had was the intense sewer smell in our bathrooms and the hot tub.
This property is remote and quiet. It is still close enough to drive into town without it being a dreaded or inconvenient trip. Driveway can be tricky if you drive a large vehicle like I do. The hosts were accommodating and reached out mid-stay to see if we needed anything. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a TV to the hot tub area. Overall, I would give it two thumbs up.
Location; seemed like a nice neighborhood, not too far from Gatlinburg….took a bit longer getting to Pigeon Forge due to the mountain’est back roads….Cabin seemed a bit rundown compared to the online pictures….the host was very accommodating and quick to answer me back when I had questions or concerns!! Super nice and friendly!! The can opener didn’t work and she had another one delivered out very next day! I never could get the kerigur to work, but I probably wasn’t doing something right (it kelp saying to descale, although I was told it had just been descaled)…..I found the cabin a bit crowded and there wasn’t enough room to hang clothes for our family of 7, but I could see with a smaller family this probably wouldn’t be an issue …..we didn’t use the hot tub but DID enjoy the fire pit!! Overall cleanliness was….ok (I tend to be hard to please on this!)….even tho I brought my own supplies, the host had left plenty trash bags and dishwasher detergent(extra supplies are always a plus!)…..the fridge didn’t have an automatic ice maker (not really a problem) I was just surprised! And….Super cute it may have been, but the main(or central) bathroom shower curtains were hugging you while taking a shower lol!! So we found the basement bathroom shower much roomier….anyways, hopefully this review will help someone when looking for that perfect place to stay!
Great place, secluded, clean, quite, Nice amenities
We found this chalet to be very nice. It had everything we needed for 5 adults to stay comfortably for 4 days, 3 nights. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat a full dinner for 5 or more people, the living room was laid out perfectly and comfortable for everyone to gather and watch tv and and enjoy each other’s company, the bedrooms were just right, and we found the beds comfortable to sleep on, the jacuzzi worked well and was clean but made for 4 at a time and the game room had a nice pool table and lots of board games although we never got to use them, too many other things to do, there is a nice fire pit outside but we were never able to get a fire going I guess because the previous guests had soaked it down pretty good with water or it had rained recently. The only thing I could even complain about and it’s not really a complaint as much as a suggestion is that it could use a little better lighting over the stove and bathroom mirrors but even that’s only a small problem late at night when most of the other lights are off. All and all everyone had a great time and a fantastic stay!
We loved staying at this cabin! It is well decorated and very well stocked. It was just two of us for a "spur of the moment" getaway, but we could've stayed several more days without needing to restock.
The game room was fun with tons of board games available.
The hot tub was a little finicky, but it does work. Just check on it periodically before you plan to use it. You might have to reset the breaker according to the instructions on the display if it goes into protection mode. I know some people will automatically lose their minds if something isn't perfect, but we're literally talking about flipping a switch on the wall. No harder than turning on the light. But... to each their own. It worked for us.
The location was awesome. Very close to Gatlinburg attractions and just 15-20 minutes to Pigeon Forge.
The owners are very good at sending all the info you need before you get there. (Thanks, y'all!!)
If you have a small group or you're just a couple getting away for a few days, you can't go wrong with this cabin.
My spouse and two grown young twenty's children stayed here for a family vacation 2023. This was our first VBRO experience but not our first cabin experience. We only used the cabin to shower and sleep before we headed out to explore Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge each day. Two things to note are the pool table has far exceeded it's life expectancy. Secondly, all of the floors and both sets of stairs were excessively loud and squeaky. Which lead to a lack of privacy for everyone.
We chose this cabin for a few reasons. One was the pool table. But it was not playable. The cabin was very rustic but clean and comfortable for the four of us. We didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen had most everything you'd need to fix a meal. The hot tub was clean for my spouse and I to relax in after a long day of sight seeing. I wish we would have had more time to sit on the front porch.Though located out in the woods, it's not far from downtown Gatlinburg. Good privacy.
