The seclusion of the property was quite nice. There were only 4 units at the property, which limited the traffic of many people in our are. The property was also really close to every where we wanted to be. The room was clean and seemed to be newly renovated.

The positive: Property is really nice, clean & well built. Bed was comfy & bathroom was plenty but. Great location for walking to most attractions. The negative: Elevator was put so it was a struggle up 2 flights of stairs carrying things, but at least that’s temporary. The TV in our unit wouldn’t stay connected to the internet so we had to keep reconnecting over & over and they never got that fixed one I alerted them. Ice maker barely put out any ice but they were kind enough to bring trays & get them in freezer while we were out. Other thing was the side was parking for haunted mansion workers I guess and it got a little loud as they were leaving. Overall I would stay here again, price was great & walkability was great. I wish the condo decor represented the Smoky Mountains more though.

Beautiful property right downtown and creekside where bears were seen daily. This was our second stay here but the name changed between stays. I always seek out this property as it is a favorite!

First it took us 46 mins to find it. No signs to help located the place. The beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable including the couch. We checked out on 12/13/25 because of the uncomfortable beds. AS much as I.paid they should have been very cimfortable. I have asked for a refund for 12/13 becuse of this.
