We have the 4 parking spots closest to our house. There are 7 total parking spots in the parking area for our house and the neighbor. However, 3 of them are for the neighboring property. The 4th spot in front of our property will only fit a car. It will not fit 4 SUVs or 4 Trucks, it will fit 3 SUVs/Trucks and 1 car.

This is the second year we’ve rented this place to spend the weekend with friends. Although Saturday morning was a wet one we managed to get out and explore later in the day. Very convenient to Gatlinburg. Clean and comfortable for all eight of us. My one complaint would be the downstairs bed is way too tall for a short girl, like myself to get into. Oh yeah, we did see a bear walking down the rock wall outside our deck.

Rivercation in Gatlinburg a perfect hideaway

This property checks all the boxes including easy walking to Gatlinburg, 5 beds and 5 baths let everyone have their own space, large open family and dining rooms w plenty of seating, very quiet on the river, host was responsive and accommodating to all our communication and requests. Friend reunion

This home was great for 4 couples getting together for a long weekend to catch up. You can grill, sit around the fire pit by the river and everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom for great convenience. The home was very clean and as advertised.

Perfect location

Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Beautiful creekside views! Bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was very nice! Large kitchen with tons of counter space. We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

We loved the river front location. It was a beautiful view. Addtnl feature everyone liked was the full bath off each of the 5 bedrooms. Close enough to town to walk to dinner, shopping, Anakeesta., etc. We would rent this house again if in Gatlinburg.

It’s the perfect spot it’s right on the water, walking distance to downtown, trout fishing behind the house was great to caught trout over 20”. Definitely would stay there again.

Relaxing Fishing/Quilting trip.

Blake was good at communicating with me before, during, and after. The house and property was perfect for what we wanted for the week. Fishing was excellent right out the back door. Visited several quilt stores with the wife within 30 miles. Would enjoy visiting again sometime in the future.

Convenient Gatlinburg Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg and other activities. One of the reasons we booked was trout fishing. Only drawback was there was not direct access to the river from the property except from the stone wall which worked fine for my teen and myself to scale. Property was well represented in photos, was clean and well maintained, provided excellent instructions for check in and our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and activities in the area and would definitely rebook!
