Remodeled Cozy condo with Kitchenette in Downtown Gatlinburg - Walk everywhere

Top Floor - Beautiful and charming remolded condo within walking distance of everything Gatlinburg has to offer. New Floors, new wood ceilings and all new furniture. Wonderful mountain views from the balcony and the condo is top floor of building and in a corner unit with great view of the pool down below. NEW Mattress and Box Springs on the king size bed in the bedroom and new real leather sofa in living room. New sofa is not a sleeper, but we have a new Queen air mattress and all the linens for the queen mattress are in the storage ottoman in front of the sofa.

GREAT STAY

We had a great experience room was clean except we found two towels with big shoe prints on them where they had been walked on before we got there or something.Other than that it was a great experience and seemed clean and within walking distance to alot of the attractions and dining.

Gatlinburg Condo

Property was much smaller than anticipated and how it appears in pictures. Bathroom was tiny. Location is not as close to downtown as is depicted in VRBO. All that said, it is reasonably priced for what you get.

Excellent location for hiking and dining!

The property met and exceeded all of our expectations. We were able to quickly and effortlessly access the park for day hikes, and then leisurely walk to dinner. Having a guaranteed parking space was a huge perk as well. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, so making a quick meal was simple. We plan to be back!!

42nd Anniversary Vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing we can say is toilet lid was broken and a vanity light burnt out but it did not effective our stay. Very clean. Would definitely return. We did not use either pool but looked nice.

Was a little nervous when we pulled in and saw an older building that was definitely in need of a make over but was very pleased when we opened our door to see a well maintained super clean and inviting condo… felt so comfortable I was able to walk around without shoes and was able to sleep comfortably knowing how clean everything was… definitely going to use Mary again, A condo owner that truly wants you to enjoy your stay AAAA++++

Perfect

Great location without being on the super busy main drag. Just on a side street moments away. Everything is walking distance and there is a very good bbq place very close by (and they do take-out). The place was clean and had everything we needed. Has plates, glasses, kureg, and full kitchen. Perfect for my husband and myself. We had a great time in town and hiking nearby. There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool, ice machine, and elevator. Check in was simply a key code and not much needed for checkout either, just throw the garbage in the dumpster and that's it. Easy peasy.

Place for Two

We had a wonderful time and weren’t in the room at all so the space wasn’t an issue until it was time to go to bed. The air mattress was difficult to get into a space were one could actual get up in the middle of night if necessary. Like all the others the area is very small pictures make it look bigger but it really is smaller than expected. I would not recommend more than 2 people unless you kids are under the age of 5. Needless to say it’s price for that small space. The price is prefect for what you get. I personally felt there was a little too much decor in the home but that’s just personal preference. The location is top notch and walking distance to everything. The pool was nice and people were very friendly. The trash, elevator, and washing machine downstairs all worked the entire time we were there. The water pressure in the shower was great but we did run out of hot water after the 1st shower so the other 3 people either had to wait or get a cold shower and this was on each night we stayed so we learned to adjust times of showers. Like I said before we weren’t in the room a lot so the price was more of a determining factor than the comfort of a home. Overall for a party of 2 it would be a great place to stay.

Great location

The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us.

Excellent Location!

This is a perfect location if you’re spending time in Gatlinburg. A 5 minute walk to the Convention Center! Communication with the host is prompt and friendly. It was nicely updated. The listing pictures are a little deceiving, as it’s much smaller than it looks. They’ve done their best to add many mirrors and lots of lighting to help it seem bigger. Although smaller furniture would also help. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because when we went to use the toaster oven, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned, or even dusted off for quite some time. The kitchen is extremely compact, so I would plan to eat out for meals.
